Do you take over the entire IT or individual areas as well?
Both are possible. We take over the ongoing IT support for your business or look after agreed areas such as servers, Microsoft 365, networks or data backup. Which tasks sit with us, with you or with other providers is defined before the collaboration starts.
How quickly do you respond to an IT issue?
With an agreed SLA, we start working on your issue within a maximum of 4, 8 or 16 service hours, depending on its urgency. We provide remote support and coordinate any necessary visits to your premises directly with you.
Service & response times (German)Do you also look after our industry software and the IT in production?
We look after the workstations, servers and networks that run your CAD, ERP and production software. For application-specific problems we coordinate with the respective software or equipment manufacturer. Machine PCs and production networks can also be included in our support after a technical review. For Odoo we additionally offer implementation and ongoing support.
What does ongoing IT support cost?
You pay a fixed monthly price per user, plus VAT: €69 for up to 9 users and €59 for 10 users or more. Unlimited support, baseline security with Microsoft Defender for Business and regular planning meetings are included. For more complex environments, for example with servers or production networks, you receive a custom quote. Taking over your IT, other licences and necessary replacements are listed separately.
