What if the repair costs more than expected?
The agreed fixed price applies, even if the repair takes longer. We only order replacement parts once you have approved the price.
Do I need to bring my device in?
No. We collect and return devices on fixed pickup days in the districts of Deutschlandsberg, Leibnitz and Voitsberg, as well as Graz and Graz-Umgebung. Depending on your zone, this costs 39 to 79 € per order. If it is urgent, express pickup is available on the next working day.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We back up your data before working on your device and do not share it with third parties.
How long does a repair take?
Repairs usually take 2–4 working days. With express service, your device will be ready on the next working day, provided the parts are in stock. The surcharge is 99 €.
